Mohinder Bhagat took oath today after winning the by-election from Jalandhar West. MP Gurmeet Meet Hayer won the Lok Sabha elections and his post is vacant. Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhawa were also present during the oath taking ceremony.
