Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini said that there is no encroachment on the Waqf Board land at Peer Bodhi, located on Rohtak-Gohana Road. Farmers are cultivating the land under lease agreements.
The Chief Minister made this statement in the Vidhan Sabha while responding to a question raised by MLA Bharat Bhushan Batra during the ongoing budget session here today. He explained that the land, which was uneven, has been leveled for farming by the leaseholders. The farmers cultivate this land each year under lease arrangements. There is no encroachment on the land.
