An important meeting of Akali Dal's constituency in-charges has been organized today under the chairmanship of Shiromani Akali Dal chief Sukhbir Badal. According to the information, during the meeting held at the party headquarters in Chandigarh, party chief Sukhbir Badal has said many important things. Sukhbir Badal said that Shiromani Akali Dal cannot be allowed to become a puppet of the anti-Panth. He said that Shiromani Akali Dal is ready for the Panth and Punjab in every difficult time and if those who want to earn personal profit by putting the honor of Panth and Punjab at stake want to go anywhere on their own will, then they are free from our side.

During the meeting, Sukhbir Badal said that the party stands firmly on Panthic principles and no compromise will be made for this. On this occasion, out of 105 constituency in-charges, 96 have expressed full confidence in the leadership of Sukhbir Badal. The appointment of 12 constituency in-charges is still pending.

It is worth mentioning that on the other hand, a proposal has been passed in Jalandhar today to make party president Badal resign from the post of president. The situation is such that a large number of senior leaders have even advised Sukhbir Badal to leave the leadership. According to the information, this proposal has been passed by a large number of senior party leaders. It is written in this proposal that Sukhbir Singh Badal should resign from the post of leadership. Not only this, a large number of Akali leaders are appearing before Sri Akal Takht Sahib on July 1 and for this a meeting has also been held by the rebel Akalis in Jalandhar. Prem Singh Chandumajra, Sikander Singh Maluka, Parminder Singh Dhindsa, Suchha Singh Chotepur, Bibi Jagir Kaur, Gurpratap Wadala, Surjit Rakhra were also present in this meeting. On the other hand, Sukhbir Badal is holding a meeting in Chandigarh. It is worth mentioning that recently the party's senior leader and political secretary Charanjit Singh Brar had also written an open letter to Sukhbir Badal. In this too, he had hinted at Sukhbir Badal giving up the leadership.
