Actress Alia Bhatt is currently making waves at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival, where several of her stunning appearances have gone viral on social media. Now, the actress has unveiled what appears to be her final look from the global event.
Alia recently shared a series of pictures on her Instagram page, giving fans a glimpse of her latest fashion statement. Along with the photos, she wrote, “Dear friends, it’s time to say goodbye,” hinting that this was her last appearance at the Cannes Film Festival this year.
For the special look, Alia wore a maroon off-shoulder corset gown that instantly grabbed attention online. Celebrity stylist Rhea Kapoor revealed that the outfit was designed by renowned fashion designer Tarun Tahiliani.
The outfit beautifully blended the heritage of Indian chintz textiles with contemporary fashion, giving Alia’s appearance a striking Indo-Western touch. Featuring shades of dark burgundy and light ivory, the draped saree-inspired ensemble was created with a Victorian-era concept in mind.
With this bold yet elegant look, Alia once again proved why she remains one of the biggest fashion highlights at Cannes this year.
