Punjabnewsline, chandigarh:

Farmer groups and many other people have stood up along with constable Kulwinder Kaur, who slapped Kangana Ranaut, who was elected MP from Himachal's Mandi, at the Chandigarh airport. While giving statement in the press conference on this matter, farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal said that he has given a big process regarding this matter. Farmer leader Dallewal said that he has come to know that a female soldier has slapped Kangana Ranaut after overhearing an argument over purse and mobile at Chandigarh Airport. He said that however, what was later said by the female jawan is also worth noting. The girl was hurt by the fact that Kangana had said in the farmers' movement that the women protesting were sitting with Rs 100-200. The girl has also mentioned that when Kangana gave this controversial statement regarding the protest, her mother was also sitting there.

The farmer leader said that if any injustice is done to the woman constable who slapped her, he will support her. The farmer leader said that even if the female employee had said something to Kangana during the security check, then Kangana should not have been threatened to become MP but should have been supported.  A big statement has also come from Haryana's Ellenabad assembly member Abhay Singh Chautala. He has tweeted on Twitter that farmers feed the country and the sons and daughters of farmers protect the country on the borders. It is wrong to hurt the self-respect of the farming community. We stand strongly with our sons and daughters who are struggling for farming.
