Punjab Cabinet Minister Aman Arora has appealed to employees staging a protest outside his residence in Sunam to resolve their grievances through dialogue and mutual understanding. Arora said that protesting over their demands and grievances is a democratic right of employees, and he fully respects their decision to exercise that right.

Aman Arora said employees have always been a part of his family and will continue to remain so. Appealing to the protesting employees to keep the channel of dialogue open, he said the doors of his residence are always open for those who want to meet him and discuss their concerns.

He said listening to the grievances and difficulties faced by employees is his responsibility. Making sincere efforts to understand their concerns and find solutions to their problems is his duty, he added.

The Cabinet Minister said that while the right to protest in a democratic system must be respected, dialogue should also remain an important part of the process. He appealed to the employees to come forward for discussions so that their concerns could be understood and possible solutions could be explored.

Arora said that issues can be addressed more effectively when all sides sit together and understand each other’s concerns. He urged the employees to put forward their demands and grievances through dialogue and work towards finding a solution through mutual agreement.

He reiterated that employees should feel free to approach him with their concerns. According to Arora, maintaining communication between employees and the government is an important step towards resolving issues, and the doors for such communication should always remain open.

Arora appealed to the protesting employees to sit together, understand each other’s concerns and move forward in a positive manner. He said that mutual understanding and dialogue can help both sides move towards resolving the issue.

The Minister expressed hope that the employees and the government would continue to engage with each other and make positive efforts to resolve the matter. He stressed that while democratic protest has its place, constructive dialogue and mutual understanding can provide a way forward for addressing grievances and reaching an acceptable solution.
